Why I do This

I was that struggling teen. My family walked through the darkness of disconnection, conflict, and fear about the future. I know what it feels like when the relationship feels broken and everyone is just trying to survive each day.

What I learned, both as that teen and now as a therapist, is that healing happens when parents and professionals are willing to understand instead of control. When you focus on building your own foundation first, everything else becomes possible.

Today, I help professionals and families find their way through the hard years. Through my speaking, training and parent programs, I'm here to make sure no family has to walk through this alone.

The work starts with you. The healing happens together.
